We have many years experience in event planning. We recognise that planning an event can be both time consuming and costly for most people. Therefore we have designed our service, using local resources, to enable us to provide a high quality service at a price you can afford. Although we are an independent company our current job is to promote the newly built village hall in our village as a desirable venue for any type of event and so we have set out below information relating to the hall and the village.   

Whatever and wherever the event, we will ensure that your day will be a day to remember and we will be present to ensure that everything goes smoothly. 


When you contact us to make an enquiry we can arrange to meet with you at home, your chosen venue, or at our Village Hall so that we can work through what you may like for your event.   This may include any of the following
  • discuss the nature of the event ie children's party, birthday party, wedding, conference, corporate meeting, educational workshop
  • timing of the event from start to finish
  • agree the venue/table layout
  • discuss the colour theme if applicable
  • show you some suggested table layouts including flower decorations, balloons favours etc
  • talk through all your catering requirements including whether you are looking for a party buffet, sit down formal meal, canapés, mid morning snacks, light lunch, afternoon tea, hog roast etc
  • drinks throughout the event 
  • conference requirements
  • discuss your entertainment ie band, disco, magician, etc
  • lighting in the venue
  • parking arrangements
  •  and anything else you are interested in us organising for you
We will then write to you with an overview to confirm the arrangements we have previously discussed as above, and an itemised quote.

Terms and Conditions:

We will then need confirmation to proceed with ten days with a 10% booking fee.
Balance to be paid seven days before the event.
Cancellation of up to one month before event date - loss of deposit.
Cancellation within seven days of event date - 30% of total cost.
